Who are Tcast Limited?
Trevor Ayre is the founder of TCAST Limited and has been involved with the Cast Metals industry in Sales, Technical, Senior Management and Board roles for more than 45 years and during this time he has established a considerable network of specialists in the global foundry industry.
He is an active Fellow Member of the Institute of Cast Metals Engineers (ICME) as Past President, Council Member and Trustee. He recently orchestrated the design and development of a modern, purpose made training facility for Cast Metals and Pattern Making industries. This facility is also used to deliver the current Metal Casting, Foundry and Patternmaking ST0566 Apprentice Standard which was established by a working group of ICME. This group was spearheaded by Trevor to deliver a valuable UK foundry apprentice standard, the first for some 25 years.
‘Giving forward’ and making a real difference to young business entrepreneurs who are starting their own journey is also a very rewarding experience and Trevor is honoured, to be a Business Mentor for the Princess Trust for more than five years.
